Yael Milobsky is the CEO and Founder of Source, a wellness platform created by women for women. Yael has been on a mission to create a new opportunity in the $4.2 trillion global health and wellness industry. The opportunity for those who are passionate about fitness and wellness to build a career and make a comfortable living doing what they love, inspiring and motiving women.

Yael’s passion for health began as a young teenager. Yael recognized early on that what she ate affected her mental clarity, her moods, and her skin. She also realized that working out on a regular basis was critical to help her have the energy to accomplish everything in her day. During her journey from high school to getting ready for a wedding, through pregnancy and post-partum, Yael sought out opportunities to source herself and found a major gap in the market for a platform dedicated to the needs of women. In the last year, while running after her little boy, Yael was inspired again by how important health and wellness is for women at all stages and ages of life and was ready to launch her passion into a business. Source is still in its infancy, but the journey has begun.

In addition to her professional success, Yael is a wife and a mother of a beautiful baby boy. Yael sources herself by spending meaningful time with friends and family, taking care of her skin, and working out.
